Jideco wishes to clarify that slight differences may occur in the shades, colors, and shapes of the products. We cannot be held responsible for any potential discrepancies. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Variations may also appear due to differences in computer monitors and brightness settings.
B. Jideco's commitment
We pride ourselves on testing, filming, and promoting some of our products to showcase their quality and authenticity, in accordance with our values. These videos and photos, available on www.jidecohome.com and on our social media channels, are for illustrative purposes only and remain the exclusive property of Jideco. Any use of this content is prohibited without our prior authorization.
Jideco reserves the right to modify its product offering at any time, by adding new items, modifying its categories, or suspending certain products without notice.
C. Product Indications
We are committed to offering products from responsible, eco-friendly, and ethical brands. All product information and technical descriptions are provided by our suppliers and must be reviewed before order confirmation.

D. Product Prices
The prices of the products displayed do not include VAT. Jideco is not subject to VAT on sales below CHF 100,000. Shipping costs are borne by the customer for purchases up to CHF 200, unless otherwise stated on the website for certain categories, such as all furniture.
Product prices are subject to change at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order. The total cost of the order will always be communicated before final confirmation.
E. Product Availability
While Jideco makes every effort to ensure the availability of displayed products, the products offered on the website are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform the customer by email and offer a solution (return or refund).
Shipping times may vary between 1 and 2 weeks depending on available stock.
If the delivery time exceeds 8 working weeks, we will offer a similar product, at no extra cost, which the Customer may accept or refuse.
We provide the following information to inform the Client about the deadlines:
- Immediate availability : The product is available in our Showroom in Nyon, 1260 and can be collected or shipped within 48 working hours.
- Currently being restocked : This product is not immediately available in our showroom in Nyon, 1260, but it is available from our supplier. Shipping or collection times are extended to a maximum of 4 business weeks. Given the size of our warehouse, we can ship the furniture directly from the supplier's warehouse to your delivery address.
- Out of stock : When products are out of stock or awaiting restocking, they will be marked as "Out of stock" on the product page. Some products may be available for pre-order, and will be shipped to you once they are back in stock. We will keep you informed of any updates by email or phone. The shipping time will be specified once the product is restocked.
It is important to note that some items are available in our showroom workshop, while other products are only available from our suppliers. If the customer's order includes items from two different storage locations, shipping costs will be combined and charged only once.
F. Warnings
Jideco makes it a point of honor to provide clear and detailed product information, including usage precautions. However, the Customer's responsibility remains with the Customer to follow the product safety and maintenance instructions.
A. Furniture Products : To ensure safety, especially when children are present, we advise you to carefully read the furniture instructions and ensure everyone's safety by preventing tipping and serious injuries. Furthermore, Jideco recommends insuring the furniture against potential damage.
To preserve your furniture, we advise you to:
- Always read the user manual and the supplier's safety recommendations.
- Avoid placing heavy objects on furniture not designed for that purpose.
- Protect windows or mirrors from scratches.
- Use suitable natural cloths/wipes and products for cleaning.
- Check if the furniture is protected with a varnish, and if not, and if you wish, adapt the varnish to the type of wood of the furniture.
- Heavy objects should be placed at the bottom of the furniture and not at the top to avoid tipping.
- Check the stability of the furniture according to the room.
- Check the dimensions of the furniture to ensure it fits in your room.
- Do not allow children to play on the furniture to ensure safety.
- Be careful when installing the furniture, avoid tripping, slipping or injuring yourself.
B. Candles & Scents We recommend respecting all safety instructions relating to AFNOR and CLP regulated candles as well as all safety information provided for everyone's safety by avoiding reactions to the products and/or risks of fire, serious injuries, for example.
To preserve your indoor candles, we recommend:
- Read the safety data sheets carefully.
- Always trim the wick between 0.5 and 1cm before each use.
- Light your candle for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 3 hours.
- If you extinguish your candle before the entire surface is liquid, it may tunnel and you will lose hours of burning time.
- Extinguish your candle by smothering it with a candle snuffer, do not blow on it, or do so gently.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep a candle burning out of reach of children and animals.
- Never light your candle near a flammable object.
- Always leave 7 cm between 2 lit candles.
- Use a suitable candle holder or lantern, as candles liquefy as they burn.
- Do not use liquid or alcohol to extinguish your candle.
- Your fragrances should not be within reach of children.
- Recycle the contents in the appropriate bins.
- Be careful when installing the object, avoid tripping, slipping or injuring yourself.
To preserve your home fragrances and maintain healthy air quality, we recommend:
- Do not use these home fragrances too often in order to limit exposure to chemicals.
- Use them outside the home for the first time: this is during the first use.
- Read the labels carefully regarding product composition and precautions for use.
- Ventilate the house for 10 minutes a day, morning and evening.
- More generally, limit the use of risky products at home: organic compounds are emitted by air fresheners but also by household products, paints, glues for furniture... it is the accumulation that can be dangerous.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals.
- Recycle the contents in the appropriate bins.
- Be careful when installing the object, avoid tripping, slipping or injuring yourself.
C. Interior decoration: Jideco recommends carefully reading the instructions for decorative items and ensuring everyone's safety by preventing serious injuries, especially to children. Furthermore, Jideco recommends insuring the item against potential damage.
To preserve your interior decorations, we recommend the following:
- Read the supplier's technical instructions carefully.
- Securely fix the decoration, photograph, frame, mirror or any object to be placed on a wall and do not place any additional weight on it.
- Protect your decorative items from heat, fire, sun and humidity.
- Protect your children and/or pets from objects that can be chewed, nibbled on, or that pose a risk to the health and safety of your children and/or pets.
- Clean textiles according to the instructions given by the supplier, namely respecting the authorized cleaning method and the recommended temperature.
- Do not clean with chemicals but use natural products as well as wipes that prevent any scratches, scrapes or dust deposits on the object.
- Always check if decorations, tableware, ceramics can be cleaned in the dishwasher via the supplier's technical data sheet.
- For your own safety and that of those around you, always turn off the electricity before installing a light fixture.
- Be careful when installing the object, avoid tripping, slipping or injuring yourself.
Before each use, the Customer must ensure that the assembly is adequate, that the installation is correctly done and that the instructions have been followed for long-lasting use.
Jideco is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper installation, use or failure to follow the above recommendations.
Purchase, commitment and delivery process
C. Create a Customer Account
Jideco offers a registration platform for creating a Customer Account on its website, www.jidecohome.com . Registration is mandatory to place orders on this site. The Customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information during registration. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the information provided, or if the identity appears suspicious, Jideco reserves the right to delete the Customer's account and cancel the order. It is imperative that the Customer be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract, and that they place an order with full knowledge of the facts.
When creating an account, the Customer chooses a username and password. It is recommended to use a password of at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols. This information must remain confidential. If the Customer requests that their account be blocked, Jideco may do so upon request. This account will allow the Customer to view their order summary, shipping status, and other useful information regarding their contract with Jideco. By creating an account, the Customer also accepts Jideco's Data Protection Policy.
D. Order cancellation or modification
To cancel a confirmed order, the Customer must submit a request through their account as soon as possible, before the order is processed or shipped. They can also contact Jideco by email or via the website's contact form, specifying their identity and the order reference. Any changes to the delivery address or any other specific requests must be made as quickly as possible.

No order can be cancelled once it has been prepared or shipped, and after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

E. Order confirmation and receipt
Jideco recommends that the Customer save or print a copy of their confirmed order. The order reference is crucial for any modification requests or for efficient order processing by Jideco. After order confirmation and payment, Jideco will send an email containing the order confirmation.
F. Order billing
When placing an order, the total price and shipping costs will be displayed. The order must be paid in full before the products are shipped. The customer will receive the invoice by email, which will also serve as order confirmation. The invoice history is accessible in the Customer Area, under the "Invoices" section of the user account.
G. Payment Terms
Jideco offers several payment methods for the order, guaranteeing the security of transactions.
Credit or Debit Card
Payment can be made immediately via our bank's secure SSL payment gateway. In the event of cancellation or return of the order, the amount will be refunded to the same card. The customer's personal and banking information is protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
3D Secure technology, via "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode," guarantees transaction security. The customer will be redirected to their bank's website for additional verification before returning to our site to finalize the payment.
Bank Transfer
Payment can be made by bank transfer to Jideco's (Santander) bank account. The customer must specify their name and the order reference. If the order is not paid within 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled.
PayPal
Payment is made via PayPal, and the money is only debited after the order is confirmed. A PayPal account is required to use this payment method.
KLARNA
Payment can be spread over three monthly installments, with easy access to this option during order confirmation.
TWINT
Payment can be made via Twint when the order is confirmed.
H. Order shipment
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. It is recommended to verify the accuracy of the delivery address before confirming the order. Jideco will send an email when the order is ready and shipped, containing the tracking number and a summary of the shipped products.
I. Order delivery
The customer must check the condition of the parcel and packaging before signing the delivery note. No signature should be affixed without first inspecting the parcel and verifying that everything is in order.
J. Delivery conditions
Deliveries are made only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries require a signature and are left at the customer's door. Jideco recommends that customers residing on upper floors make alternative arrangements for receiving their package.
The Customer has a maximum of 14 working days to cancel a delivery that has not taken place in order to notify the carrier of the incident.
K. Delivery times, prices and methods
Jideco offers several delivery options in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with prices listed in CHF. Details of the options and shipping costs are available on the website. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Goods are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of your order being placed, unless otherwise specified, in which case the customer will be notified. If the goods are available in our suppliers' warehouses, the shipping time may be extended up to two business weeks.
The shipping fee is CHF 7.90 for purchases up to CHF 200.
*Free delivery on orders over CHF 200.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
General Law for the Defense of Consumers
In accordance with current legislation, consumers and users have a right of withdrawal. This right allows them to terminate the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days* without having to give reasons and without incurring any costs, with the exception of those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).

- The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract after receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging .
- The consumer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw (for example, via form or email).

Once the order has been prepared or shipped and the shipping confirmation has been sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

B. Right of refusal applicable
Refusing a delivery due to damage
If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging of the parcel upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods and take a photo of the package. Please inform Jideco of the situation immediately . We are committed to delivering your products in perfect condition and will take responsibility for any product damaged during transport, even if the damage is not caused by Jideco.
If, after unpacking , you find that the product is damaged, you have the right to return the merchandise , with return shipping costs covered by us . To do so, you must inform Jideco by email , mentioning the order reference and the product concerned . A return label will then be sent to you.
The product must be returned for a refund . Remember to write " subject to unpacking " on the shipping document. This is essential for any claim regarding a product damaged during transport.
Return of package due to incorrect delivery address and delays
Customer is responsible for an incorrect address
Jideco cannot be held responsible if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In this case, we reserve the right to contact you by phone or email to reschedule delivery.
Returned after several unsuccessful attempts
If the package is returned to our premises after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, we reserve the right to restock the merchandise and credit the customer , subject to deducting the transport costs incurred by Jideco , including any transport costs offered at the time of purchase.
Tips to avoid delivery errors
We recommend carefully checking the information provided when placing your order and updating your contact details in your customer account before your order is shipped. We also advise you to provide a reachable phone number for the carrier to facilitate delivery.
Responsibility for delivery delays
Jideco cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to external events such as bad weather , accidents , strikes , etc.
Right of return following an error in the part ordered by the customer
If the customer made a mistake when placing the order (for example, choosing the wrong product or the wrong reference), it is possible to return the product, provided that:
- The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging .
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Jideco recommends carefully checking the information before finalizing the order to avoid this type of error.
Right of return following a delivery error (product received in error)
If you receive an incorrect product or one different from the one you ordered, you have the right to return it . In this case, Jideco will cover the return shipping costs .
To do this, you must:
- Inform Jideco by email , mentioning your order reference and the incorrect product .
- A return slip will be sent to you, and you will need to return the product in its original packaging .
We are committed to sending you the correct product as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.
Guarantee
A. Legal guarantees

Warranty period
Products purchased on www.jidecohome.com are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and hidden flaws, as well as any other product failure occurring during this period. -
Declaration of non-conformity
The user must inform Jideco of any non-conformity within 2 months from the date on which they became aware of it. - Scope of the warranty
- The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, as indicated on the purchase invoice.
- Jideco may consider extending the warranty or offering a customized warranty depending on the specific conditions and products concerned.
B. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following defects or damage:
- Consumable products (e.g., batteries, light bulbs, etc.).
- Unprofessional or incorrect installation of the product.
- Modifications or manipulations not authorized by Jideco or by third parties.
- Misuse (e.g., use outside the conditions specified in the user manual).
- Damage due to external causes , such as a power surge , fires , accidents , or severe weather .
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration due to improper handling of the product, improper storage or incorrect use.
C. Return and Repair Procedure

Return under warranty
In the event of a product defect covered by the warranty, the customer must immediately contact Jideco customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This return must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the defect is discovered. -
Packaging and protection
The returned product must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging, or in sturdy, protective packaging. It is essential that the product be well protected with materials such as bubble wrap or foam to prevent any damage during transport. -
Customer responsibility
If the product arrives damaged due to insufficient or inadequate packaging, Jideco reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage. -
Repair carried out by the customer
If the customer wishes to carry out the repair on their own, they must obtain prior authorization from Jideco and follow the specific instructions provided by customer service.
D. Spare parts warranty
For durable products, Jideco commits to providing technical support and a spare parts inventory for at least 5 years after the end of a product's production. The price of parts needed for repairs will not increase during this period.

Indirect damage
Jideco cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages, such as loss of profits, revenue, data, or any other damage resulting from the use of the product. -
Force majeure
Jideco cannot be held responsible for delays or failures to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, such as bad weather , strikes , accidents , or any unforeseen event beyond its control. -
Independent review
In certain cases, Jideco reserves the right to have the returned product examined by an independent expert. If the cause of the failure is proven to be related to misuse or a defect attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the expert's fees.

Order error by the customer
If the customer ordered an incorrect product (wrong item number, incorrect specifications, etc.), they can request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. -
Delivery error
If Jideco has delivered an incorrect product (wrong product, incorrect reference, etc.), the customer can return the product free of charge. Jideco will cover the return shipping costs and will exchange or refund the incorrect product.
